Hard Drives: The average life of a hard drive is 2 years. If you drop or bump your hard drive, its life can be severly shortened. Sometimes hard drives just go, and your last backup (if you have one at all) is just too old. We can attempt to recover your data. If we don't get any of your data, it's FREE! If we do get your data, you pay a flat rate based on the size of your drive.
Memory Cards: Does your camera say "NO PICTURES FOUND"? Are only some of your pictures showing up? Did your computer crash in the middle of importing your pictures, and now they're gone? We can probably get them back. If we don't get any of your pictures, it's FREE! If we do get your pictures, you pay a flat rate.
Data loss can be the worst! We offer data recovery services for hard drive and memory cards. Important: If you hear any clicking or grinding coming from a hard drive, stop doing anything with that hard drive and turn it (or the computer it is inside) OFF! Also, if you have lost data, DO NOT do anything on that hard drive. We will have a much better chance of retrieving your data if no more data is written to the drive.
