For as long as I've had a computer, I've had a knack for helping people use computers (and helping make computers do what people want). I have a down-to-earth approach to IT support that's come from working with people from 10 to 96 years old, and who run organizations that range from "wired household" to advertising agency.

I founded my computer consulting business in 2002 to provide the higher standards of computer support that Macintosh owners deserve. All Mac Help NYC techs keep things simple and avoid geeky terminology, assuring that you don't get confused. While resolving specific issues, we seek to relate best practices to each business and each person, tailored to your specific needs and experience. Simply put, there's a better way to explain technology, and you will benefit in the long run.

We're Mac IT experts - if something comes up that lies outside our area of expertise, rest assured that we'll bring in the right people to address the issue.
