Rates vary depending on location and services needed. We go onsite to businesses, help people via remote access and over the phone, make house calls, and provide certain offsite services. The value we provide is rapid response, the ability to communicate with people, and superb technical knowledge.
Drop-Offs: Taking your computer in will typically cost less. In-house service is by appointment only. With time-consuming system rebuilds, dropping off your machine may make the most financial sense.
